Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. All return requests must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Books are non-returnable unless they are defective or you received the wrong title.
    We do not accept returns for books that have been read, used, or returned without prior authorization.
  • For health and wellness products, seals must be unbroken and the product must be unopened.
  • All returns require prior approval before being sent back.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Books (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products or personalized items
  • Opened or used health or personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
